BearPark Digital provides website design, hosting, local SEO, and related marketing services for local businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins.
Free mockups
Any free mockup or sample we provide is a concept for your review and remains our property until a paid agreement is in place. Free mockups carry no obligation to purchase.
Payment
One-time build fees and recurring monthly plans are billed as agreed. Monthly plans (hosting, edits, and lead tools) continue until cancelled per the terms of your agreement.
Results
We build conversion-focused, SEO-ready websites, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue, as those depend on many factors outside our control.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the content and final website we deliver for your business. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BearPark Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our site or services.
